We will work hard to find the right loan programs that will best suit your needs and goals. The loan approval stage is much quicker than conventional lenders and we usually have an answer within 24 hours. We understand that time is of the essence for our clients.
Once your loan has been approved, we will begin the appraisal process of the property. The appraiser, using their expertise in the field, will give their valuation based on other comparable properties in the market. We will then underwrite for final approval and send all final loan documents to escrow for signing and closing.
Once we’ve completed the approval process, you’re ready to fund your new loan. Our underwriters will draw up your loan documents and send them to a notary near your location. The notary will contact you to schedule an appointment to come meet you at your convenience. After you’ve completed signing the loan documents they will be returned to our funding department and we will work tirelessly to get it funded.
